What
is Reincarnation?
Why
should Christians reject it?
Reincarnation
is the belief in the rebirth of a
person's soul over and over again in
differe
nt
human bodies throughout history. Some
forms of reincarnation include
reincarnations into animals, plants, or
inanimate objects.
The emphasis of reincarnation is to
allow the individual to learn spiritual
lessons through life so that he/she may
return to God from whence the soul came.
Reincarnation is intimately tied to
Hinduism.
The cult of Reincarnation is dangerous
in that it is in clear contradiction to
the Word of God (Hebrews
9:27). Reincarnation discounts
accountability to God and presents
itself as a form of salvation.
Reincarnation finds it origin with the
vain imagination of man and nurtured by
satanic influence.
We are
afforded God's demand to reject any and
all substitutes for the Word of God. The
Holy Spirit will never make this a
matter of debate. God's Word and our
obedience to it is the only thinking
that pleases God (Eccl.
12:13)
Thus, reincarnation is to be rejected
for what it is: A LIE.
Sincerely, Dr. Arthur Belanger
