Book Of
First Peter
Christians Are Never Hopeless
The
Apostle Peter wrote this epistle
to Believers that were scattered due to
intense persecution. Certainly
many of these Believers were new
converts and may have wondered why God
allowed suffering. This
is one of the most difficult questions
for Believers to answer. Yet, the Bible
provides clarity on this important
subject.
Peter addresses their concerns.
The
following index provides outlines that
will enable you to prepare sermons that
will encourage the saints.
Chapter One: The Christian Life Is
Out-Standing
Coming Soon...
Chapter Two The Christian Life Is
About-Standing
Chapter Three: Bringing It Home
Chapter Four: The Heart Of The
Matter
Chapter Five: The Key To
Leadership
We
need to settle it, in our minds and
hearts, whether we understand it or not,
that whatever God does is, by
definition, right.
The sufferings Christians experience are
always intended to be the means of
developing a growing dependence on God
and a more Christ-like character.
Having
settled this by faith, we are then
conditioned to seek for ways in which we
can profit spiritually from the
sufferings in life as well as the
blessings.
Sincerely, Dr. Arthur Belanger
