a. The Knowledge Of God's Will - vs.1a ...by the will of God...

b. The Knowledge Of God's Willingness - vs.2,15 vs.2 ...Grace be to you...

Note: God's Blessing Is Compatibility - vs.4,6 ...hath chosen us in him...predestinated us unto the adoption...made us accepted...

Note: God's Blessing Is Conveying - vs.8,9 ...he hath abounded...having made known...... See Matthew 4:4; Col 3:16

Note: God's Blessing Is Conclusive - vs.10,15
vs. 10: ...the fullness of times... God's Determination
vs. 11: ...his own will... God's Dedication
vs. 12: ...the praise of his glory... God's Demonstration
vs. 13,14 ...ye heard...unto the praise of his glory... God's Declaration

II. Our Riches In Growing - vs.15,23
a. Christ Is Expressed- vs.15a ...I heard of your faith in the Lord...

b. Christ Is Extended - vs.15b,16 ...love unto all the saints...Cease not to give thanks for you...

c. Christ Is Exacted - vs.17,18 ...God...may give unto you...
We cannot know God without God. Our growth in Christ is BY Christ.

d. Christ Is Experienced - vs.19 ...his power to us-ward...

e. Christ Is Exalted - vs.20,23
Note: He Is Exalted Over Death - vs.20a ...raised from the dead...
Note: He Is Exalted As Deity - vs.21 ...his own right hand...
Note: He Is Exalted Dominantly - vs.22a ...Far above all...
Note: He Is Exalted Definitively - vs.22b,23 ...the fullness of him...

Paul displays that discovering the greatness of Christ and His character cannot and will not be a reality apart from the Bible and the influence of the indwelling Holy Spirit. We are afforded all of God's help that we may know the constancy of His grace and wisdom. There is no greater discovery to humanity than the grace of God. Christ Jesus is not a partial solution or plan "b" in God's design for humanity. He is all in all.
